Terms and Conditions

Please ensure you read all the VIP Club information on the website and fully understand the following terms and conditions. If you have further questions, please contact our dedicated and professional support team who will be able to answer all your queries.

• Only CelebPoker Points (CPPs) can be redeemed in the CelebPoker VIP Club.

• Player information entered into the VIP Club order form must correspond with the personal details attached to their CelebPoker account. If these details do not match, the order will be voided.

• It is imperative that players have the relative number of CelebPoker Points (CPPs) to cover the entire order submitted. Orders with an insufficient points balance will be automatically cancelled.

• Only CelebPoker Points (CPPs) generated from August 12th 2009 onwards can be redeemed at the CelebPoker VIP Club.

• Once confirmed, please allow 3 working days for orders to be processed.

• Cancellations or alterations to an original order will not be accepted once it has been confirmed.

• CelebPoker reserves the right to change or amend its VIP Club promotion at any time.

• CelebPoker reserves the right to change items offered in the CelebPoker VIP Club at any time.

• CelebPoker reserves the right to change the VIP Club levels requirements, products prices, redemption ratios and any other calculations listed as part of the VIP Club at any time. No prior notification is necessary although, please note, once an order has been submitted and confirmed that order will be honoured in full..
