Team CelebPoker:

Terms and Conditions

• Players intending to represent Team CelebPoker must hold a valid passport. Non-EU residents are responsible for acquiring the required visa / other entry documentation to visit Italy for the tournament.

• Members of Team CelebPoker will be obliged to exclusively wear CelebPoker merchandise during the events. The player will not remove or replace the CelebPoker.com logo, for the duration of the tournaments, nor will they be permitted to wear any other sponsor logos.

• The player agrees to actively promote Celebpoker.com to prospective players and Press, TV or Media during the duration of this contract.

• CelebPoker will handle all live event registrations upon receiving all necessary documents and information from Team CelebPoker members.

• The Team CelebPoker Final will be rescheduled in the unlikely event that it gets cancelled due to technical problems.

• We reserve the right to change the terms of the promotions without notice.

• The promoter reserves the right to cancel/refuse this offer to any player or to withdraw this/or part of this offer/promotion at any time.

• In order that the best and most consistent poker players have the chance to represent CelebPoker.com, Team CelebPoker will be disbanded after the close of the live event. Qualification for a new Team CelebPoker will commence at the beginning of April 2009.

• Players who qualify via raked hands will be notified by email that they have qualified to play the Grand Final, and must register manually for the tournament once registration opens (4 hours before the tournament start)

• CelebPoker will be permitted to use Team CelebPoker player name and photographs in future marketing material.

• Player Prize packages are not transferable to other parties.
