Super Satellite - Terms & Conditions

• Super Satellite first prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable and it is not possible to convert them to cash.
• Players can only win one seat at a Super Satellite and for the subsequent live event.
• Participating players must be 18 or over unless otherwise specified.
• It is the responsibility of the players to ensure they have a valid passport and any other necessary documentation to take part in any live event.
• Players with the same IP address or with the same home address may not take part in Super Satellite promotions.
• Any player who is found attempting to enter a Super Satellite with more than one account will not be eligible to play.
• Any player who uses offensive language will be disqualified from participating in any Super Satellite promotion.
• If a player is found to be colluding or “soft playing” during a tournament, they will be disqualified and their account will be frozen.
• Withdrawals on any winnings after a Super Satellite tournament are subject to CelebPoker's withdrawal procedures and checks.
• When qualifying for Super Satellites, players are agreeing that CelebPoker can use their real names, aliases, images, moving images, spoken and written quotes and/or amounts won for promotional materials.
• If players enter the Super Satellites, they are agreeing that, if they win, they will wear CelebPoker branded items as per CelebPoker's requirements.
• CelebPoker accepts no responsibility for any injury, loss, damage or expenses suffered by any winner of a Super Satellite as a direct or indirect result of taking part in the live event.
• All decisions made by the CelebPoker management are final.
• It is players' responsibility to ensure they have paid the correct taxes depending on the jurisdiction of their own country. CelebPoker cannot offer any advice on this and will not be held responsible. CelebPoker is also not able to advise whether internet poker is lawful in a player's jurisdiction.
• CelebPoker maintains the right to stop its promotions, or change their conditions at any time.
