Today, CelebPoker has introduced improvements to both its No-Limit Holdem cash games and scheduled multi-table tournaments.

Firstly, for No-Limit Holdem cash tables, the minimum sit down buy-in has been increased from 20 to 30 Big Blinds (30BB). This change has been made to help remove the "short stack problem" where some players buy-in to the table and then try to double up their chips and leave, thus not allowing other players on the table the opportunity to win back money they have lost. 

Secondly, in scheduled multi-table tournaments, the starting stacks of all freezeout tournaments have been updated according to the buy-in value of the tournament: 

• Buy-ins of $10 up to $20 now have a starting stack of 2000 chips.
• Buy-ins of $20 up to $100 now have a starting stack of 3000 chips.
•  Buy-ins of over $100 now have a starting stack of 5000 chips.

These tournament changes will give players a more suitable starting position to lengthen their game in relation to their financial outlay.
