Poker League Terms & Conditions

1. This Poker League is only available to CelebPoker players.
2. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Poker Manager will be considered full and final. No correspondence will be entered into.
3. We reserve the right to cancel this tournament at any time.
4. Entrants who fail to comply with any of the stipulated Terms and Conditions of this promotion will forfeit their prizes.
5. CelebPoker reserves the right to bar any promotion abusers from receiving any further promotions, and or lock the players account.
6. CelebPoker reserve the right to change the terms of the league without notice.
7. CelebPoker reserves the right to refuse this offer to any player or to withdraw this / or part of this offer / promotion at any time.
8. All prizes are non-transferable and no cash will be offered as an alternative.
9. CelebPoker reserves the right to disqualify any player from any of the Leader Boards at any time.
10. Any indication of collusion, chip dumping, or soft playing will be treated as cheating and all players involved will be disqualified and banned from CelebPoker.com.
11. CelebPoker decisions are final.
12. Players winning money in guaranteed tournaments will have their regular winnings paid automatically.
13. Players have 48 hours to claim the additional bonus prize money and must do so by emailing bonus@celebpoker.com or forfeit the additional prize money
14. Monthly Poker League prizes will be paid into CelebPoker accounts by the 5th of each month.
15. In the event of a tournament being cancelled, all entry fees will be re-paid in full. This does not entitle players to double their winnings.
16. Normal tournament rules apply to all tournaments.
17. The free live event seat promotion is limited to 4 seats.
18. Only 1 free seat may be claimed per qualifying player.
19. To qualify for a free live event seat you must place in the top 3 in 3 games between Monday and Sunday each week. One of these positions must be first place.
20. In the event of more than 4 players qualifying for seats, the seats will be given to the qualifying players with the most points.
