I have lost my password, what should I do?
When in the software you may request a forgotten password with the new password functionality in the login screen.
To verify your account you are required to enter your username (in UPPERCASE), your e-mail which you originally registered your account with and your date of birth.
To enable the new password functionality to work correctly please ensure that you enter your username in UPPERCASE.
A temporary password will then be generated for you and emailed to your email address.
Please note that you will need to change the temporary password next time you log in to CelebPoker.
